Vast (OnePixArt)

Here is a special piece by OnePixArt.

A few words
that roll deliciously
on the winds of the tongue.

A short song,
a hymn,
a prose, if you will.

He captured me
when I was not there,
lost between
some surreal abyss and the race of time.

Vast...vast core through my eyes....and touch my soul.

Travel notice...I'm Addicted (DearestGrudge)

Hello all,
So....I have become addicted to traveling =D
I've always loved it but never really got to enjoy it in my former job as a Manager of Training. I had to wake up at the crack of dawn every morning, work 18 hr shifts 14 days straight at a time. I hardly had any personal time and didn't really get a chance to explore my creativity in the kitchen. In fact, I began to developed a sense of loathing towards cooking all together. I was on salary, worked my little butt off and never got a raise the two years I worked for that company.
I haven't completely lost my Mojo in the kitchen, but I prefer to cook for pleasure rather than conditional obligation.
Now I travel for the love of art. I have been modeling for Fine art for over two years now and have not grown weary of it the slightest bit. It is an endless journey of learning and developing myself artistically. I get to meet people that I can connect with in that level. And not have to explain myself to anyone. I am accepted in this culture and feel at home outside and within myself.

So...now that I have bored you with my ramblings, lol...here are my travel notices. It might change
over time but this is where I plan or wish to be.

Sept. 13th - Sept. 19th - Arizona
Oct. 4th - Oct. 8th - Las Vegas
Nov. 1st - Nov. 7th - Tennessee
Dec. TBD - Hawaii
Jan. TBD - San Diego
Feb. TBD - New Mexico
March
April
May from Seattle - Vancouver - Oregon - Sacramento - Bay Area

Hope to see you all there =D

"Iniquity" By Dhatura (Dearest Grudge)

Yearning in misery
Slowly stare
Unaware
the death in me

No more life to give,
My ally
My friend,
My enemy

You have all I need
poisoned kiss
Recompense,
Oh! The revelry

Burning angel spit
Let me inside
Bring me back to life
So I may die....again

For all I want of you I'll betray
Run away with me, don't be late

Source of my decay
Handful of dreams
Dissipating stream
In a heart of Grief

Brought me to my knees
Nothing
speaks to me
The way you do

Blindly draw me in
Can't help myself
Pain never felt
this good to me

For all I want of you I'll betray
Run away with me, don't be late

And it calls from the inside...

Nothing is sacred
Silent eye
Watch it all
Die in memory....die in memory....die in memory

Intertwining Silk and Lace (John Carman)

Another series with John Carman. This is an elegantly Victorian stylized Figure series. The shapes and curves of a female form embracing light, in peaceful solitude.

My Sword at My Side (John Carman)

Here are few photos from a series I did with photographer John Carman.

This is a taste of my love for tradition and old fashioned worlds.

With appreciation for the old fashions, this was a time when war wasn't so cowardly and the soldiers knew what they were fighting for. We used swords instead of guns....

Journey to the Womb of the Earth (Charles Nevols)

Here is a series that so inspired me on my first shoot in the Bay area with photographer Charles Nevols ( http://www.modelmayhem.com/271948 ). I'm a nature girl and am passionate about anything that represents growth, change, and enlightenment to the higher self. Being at one with Earth, and giving back the love she has given us; going back to our roots, self-realization; birth, reincarnation, death and rebirth; the thinner lines between surrealism and the coffee we stir every morning; don't forget yourself ....
